About the Role

TD Securities is seeking an Analyst - CIB Credit in New York, NY. In this role, you will support credit transactions, perform financial analysis, and work closely with Investment Banking and related product groups. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support structuring of new credit transactions and credit applications
  • Conduct market, industry, client research and risk analysis
  • Collaborate with Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, and capital markets teams
  • Assist Loan Syndications with preparing materials for lenders
  • Prepare analytical memorandums and maintain credit files

Qualifications

Candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure. A 4-year degree (or equivalent experience) and 1+ years in credit/financial analysis are required. Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and strong communication skills are essential.
