Job Opportunity: Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist with experience in Spanish labor regulations to join our People and Culture team and contribute to our organization's growth!

What Profile Are We Looking For?

We are looking for an individual with at least 3 years of experience in payroll management within the Spanish legal context. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage complex processes accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process a high volume of payrolls (over 500), ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
  • Calculate and apply Social Security and Personal Income Tax (IRPF) deductions in accordance with current regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records, correctly applying various salary variables.
  • Perform accounting reconciliations for payroll accounts, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Resolve payroll-related issues and collaborate with other teams to ensure data integrity.
  • Generate reports related to payroll, Social Security, and IRPF.
  • Support the preparation and submission of documentation to official bodies.
  • Provide support to employees on payroll-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with current labor and tax regulations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management in environments with a high volume of employees.
  • Solid knowledge of Spanish labor, tax (IRPF), and Social Security regulations.
  • Experience in accounting reconciliation and proficiency with payroll management software.
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Experience with Meta 4 and a good level of English will be valued.
