Job Description: Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking an all-around champion who can understand diverse customer needs and advise on the most suitable banking solutions to ensure a consistently positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, adhering strictly to standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.
- Understand and accurately determine customer needs to recommend tailored solutions, exercising discretion in all confidential matters.
- Respond to and effectively resolve customer concerns using established procedures, escalating non-standard activities when necessary.
- Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by actively promoting banking solutions and completing business processes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Connect personally with customers, providing appropriate and clear advice on banking solutions and processes.
- Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development initiatives.
- Support the team by fostering respectful coworker relationships, demonstrating dedication, and keeping everyone informed on the status of routine activities.
- Deliver high-quality customer experiences and identify opportunities for operational improvements to achieve operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. An undergraduate degree or equivalent is considered an asset.
- Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills are essential for thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on knowledge and proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet applications.
- A proactive individual who can exercise initiative, maintain accuracy, and demonstrate detail-orientation while managing multiple tasks and evolving priorities.
- A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills, capable of connecting effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse individuals in a calm, courteous, and professional manner.
