Compliance Testing Manager

TD is seeking a Compliance Testing Manager to execute and manage testing activities in accordance with established standards. This role is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and offers a 37.5 hour work week with a competitive compensation package.

Key Accountabilities

CUSTOMER: Execute and manage testing engagements, follow-up on findings, perform analytical research, and manage risk in compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop strong relationships, oversee communications and reporting, and provide subject matter expertise.

SHAREHOLDER: Manage workload, review internal processes, ensure high quality documentation and risk management, provide guidance, and support cross-functional initiatives.

EMPLOYEE / TEAM: Contribute to team efforts, mentor colleagues, and foster a positive work environment. Participate in personal and team development, maintain communication on project statuses, and act as a brand ambassador internally and externally.

BREADTH & DEPTH: Work independently on complex projects, demonstrate subject matter expertise in Compliance technologies, manage multiple audits simultaneously, and escalate issues as needed.

Experience & Education

Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience and 7+ years of experience in a related field.
