About TC&C
TC&C is a Cisco Premier Certified Partner and Cisco Solution Partner, a market leader in Unified Communication compliance recording software. We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our Budapest center, providing technical support to our clients and partners. Our solutions are used daily by over 500 customers in 50+ countries across 5 continents.
Responsibilities
- Installation and support of our enterprise software products
- Providing customer support tasks
- Analyzing and resolving customer issues
- Participating in the support team's on-call service
- Close collaboration with development and engineering teams
- Collaboration with other support engineers and integrator partners
Required Skills & Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with:
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written English and Hungarian
- Customer-oriented approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Solution-oriented mindset
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment
- Knowledge of Cisco On-Prem Collaboration solutions: CUCM, UCCX
- Confident knowledge of TCP/IP networks, application-level protocols, telecommunication protocols
- Installation and management of Microsoft SQL database servers, Windows servers, and clients
- Flexibility in working hours
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of collaboration platforms: Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, WebexCC
- Microsoft Azure knowledge
- On-prem virtualization experience (VMware) and cloud-based systems knowledge
- Experience with Cisco network and security devices
- Knowledge of enterprise-level solutions (storage, routing, security)
- Cisco CCNA/CCNP Collaboration certification
