About the Role

As the Senior Manager Customer Marketing at Tatari, you will be responsible for building and scaling the customer and lifecycle marketing function to accelerate pipeline, drive client expansion, increase retention, and foster loyalty. This role collaborates closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and execution of full-funnel revenue marketing programs including onboarding, expansion, and retention campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop lifecycle email programs to boost client engagement and adoption.
  • Launch ABM-style campaigns for strategic accounts.
  • Create performance dashboards linking marketing activities to revenue outcomes.
  • Work with Content, Paid Media, and Product Marketing to ensure message consistency.
  • Test and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Manage marketing automation workflows and segmentation strategies.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in lifecycle or customer marketing.
  • Proven ability to design and execute retention and expansion campaigns.
  • Strong grasp of marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
  • Analytical mindset with measurable ROI experience.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech background is a plus.

  • Experience with customer advocacy programs.
  • Familiarity with media buying or advertising platforms.
  • Strong writing skills for crafting customer narratives.
