Client Services Manager

As a Client Services Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of large, key client accounts. Your commitment to building strong client relationships, demonstrating insight-led thinking, and deeply understanding client businesses will be crucial. You will leverage your management expertise to coordinate with internal departments, ensuring client needs are met. You will interact directly with marketing and media leaders (CMOs, VPs of Brand/Performance, Directors, etc.), acting as a vital extension of their TV media programs. **Responsibilities:**
  • Manage post-sales relationships for major client accounts as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Actively listen to client needs and identify potential unmet requirements.
  • Collaborate weekly with the Media Buying team to ensure campaign success and scalability.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations to inform client strategy and decision-making.
  • Become a Tatari product expert and utilize internal subject matter experts (Engineering, Data Science) to resolve client challenges.
  • Engage with clients, including up to 10% travel, to foster strong relationships with C-level executives.
**Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution, preferably in marketing, economics, statistics, or business administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years in post-sales account management or client relationship support, including C-level interactions.
  • Proficient understanding of the linear and streaming TV landscape.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to present compelling narratives using data.
  • Skilled in communicating technical concepts clearly.
  • Excellent presentation and active listening abilities; preparation for every meeting is expected.
  • Comfortable engaging in discussions with both technical and marketing professionals.
**Bonus Qualifications:**
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEM, Facebook).
  • Experience with programmatic advertising.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Advanced data visualization capabilities.
