About the NICE SME Role
This role requires hands-on experience with NICE CXone Studio, NICE IEX, and scripting languages. A strong understanding of IVR design, call flow development, and REST API integrations is essential. Experience with .NET technologies, contact center platforms, Verint, Five9, and Genesys is required.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Review and design NICE contact center environment including call flows and integrations.
- Program Management: Lead the overall NICE program and ensure strategic alignment.
- Technology Advisory: Advise on contact center technology trends and NICE platform capabilities.
- Integration Oversight: Collaborate with teams to integrate NICE with CRM, third-party apps, and AI solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve IVR performance, call routing and customer experience.
- Documentation & Communication: Maintain system documentation and stakeholder communication.
Managerial & Additional Skills
Experience working in an Onsite-Offshore Model. Program management and leadership capabilities are essential.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 a Year.
