About the Role:
The Executive Administration role at Tata Consultancy Services supports executives and provides additional assistance to team members. This position ensures company goals are accomplished by efficiently managing day-to-day executive functions.
Key responsibilities include enabling and advancing company initiatives by filtering and executing smooth internal processes, coordinating internal and external resources, managing communications, and planning executive calendars.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience in complex scheduling and calendar management
- 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor degree preferred
