Job Description

Client Partner - Consumer Packaged Goods at Tata Consultancy Services

This Client Partner role at Tata Consultancy Services focuses on driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring P&L growth within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. The position requires a strategic leader to develop pipelines, manage large deals, and engage with CXO-level stakeholders to foster strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales plan aligning with TCS growth strategy.
  • Strategic pipeline development and TCV closure.
  • Proactive deal generation and large deal management.
  • P&L management of the account.
  • CXO level engagement and relationship management.
  • Business stakeholder engagement.
  • Partnership with Alliance partners, joint pipeline co-creation.
  • Drive TCS internal governance, compliance, and reporting.
  • Delivery governance, stakeholder management, and continuous customer engagement.
  • Prepare, plan, and execute sales & marketing plans.
  • Team management and talent development.
  • Coordination with horizontals for joint account planning and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with other accounts for idea sharing and asset creation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant customer relationship management experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry.
  • Proven ability to handle responsibilities mentioned above.
  • Bachelor of Computer Science.
