Business Analyst Field Service Lightning
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Field Service Management (FSM) challenges, solutions, and best practices. The ideal candidate will collaborate with technical and functional teams to gather requirements, analyze information, and design comprehensive solutions using the Field Service Lightning (FSL) platform. This role requires excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and functional architecture. Prior experience in field service industries and FSL implementation is highly preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expertise to understand and analyze customer Field Service Management requirements.
- Create functional specifications, user stories, and user documentation.
- Design solutions and advise on leveraging the FSL platform to meet business objectives.
- Analyze functional challenges, develop recommendations, and assess business impacts.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle: feasibility, requirement analysis, design, development, demo, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct meetings with business teams to gather requirements.
- Maintain an overall understanding of the project solution from a functional perspective.
- Provide functional oversight and guidance during solution implementation.
- Offer recommendations and validations for the functional implementation.
- Act as a thought leader on FSM for customer and delivery teams.
