AI Architect at Tata Consultancy Services
We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to join Tata Consultancy Services. This role requires a strong background in architecting advanced AI/ML solutions, particularly focusing on RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems, vector search, and LLM-based knowledge platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across various AI technologies and a solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles, with a preference for experience within the financial services sector.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 10–15 years in AI, ML, or enterprise architecture roles.
- Proven track record architecting RAG systems, vector search, and LLM-based knowledge platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Python
- Cloud ML platforms - Azure
- Vector DBs (Pinecone, DB Vector)
- LangChain / LlamaIndex or similar orchestration frameworks
- Fine tuning & embeddings
- Experience/familiarity with document chunking, knowledge graphs, and vectorization.
- Expertise in document AI, NLP, and unstructured data processing.
- Strong architectural skills across:
- Data pipelines
- APIs and event-driven systems
- Containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Security-by-design
- Experience in financial services, preferably in commercial real estate credit, servicing, or asset management.
Salary Range
$170,000-$190,000 year
