The Quality Executive at Tata Capital is responsible for ensuring strict adherence to laid down policies and procedures in credit evaluation and documentation. This role focuses on personal discussion of cases and maintaining quality in retail credit operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct personal discussions on cases per policies and procedures.
- Adhere to agreed SLAs and timelines for assigned activities.
- Underwrite, process disbursements, evaluate collateral, and coordinate with cross-functional sales and operations teams.
- Protect company assets by evaluating credit requests, setting credit limits, and ensuring proper documentation and collateral security.
- Communicate credit decisions effectively with stakeholders.
- Improve underwriting efficiencies while managing risk.
- Perform Loan Account Verification, KYC checks, bank passbook reviews, income and expense assessments, and compliance verifications.
