Key Responsibilities
- Identify target areas for prospective business.
- Pre-screen customer segments as per organization norms.
- Ensure login numbers along with disbursement targets are met.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by understanding needs and cross-selling products.
- Execute sales promotion activities to enhance the TCFSL brand.
- Build strong internal and external client relationships and promote brand identification.
- Ensure vendor empanelment and develop relations with new vendors.
- Develop strong distribution channels.
- Ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations.
