Customer Sales Executive - Car Finance
Under the guidance of a Supervisor/Manager, you will perform a variety of tasks aimed at driving business growth in the car finance and new car loans segment.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify potential customers with Supervisor/Manager assistance.
- Collect and validate customer documents according to organizational norms.
- Log cases in the system as per SOP and follow disbursement processes.
- Achieve set sanction ratios as required by the organization.
- Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products.
- Assist in vendor empanelment and relationship development.
- Ensure compliance with Audit and RBI regulations under supervision.
