As a Junior Data Engineer, you will directly engage with clients to conceptualize and construct robust data platforms, encompassing data warehouses, pipelines, and orchestration systems. You'll utilize leading tools such as Snowflake, BigQuery, and Docker. Our philosophy prioritizes pragmatic, maintainable solutions over unnecessary complexity, ensuring clients can independently manage their systems long-term.

This position offers substantial growth opportunities. You will manage small to medium-complexity tasks autonomously, with readily available support. Exceptional communication skills are as crucial as technical proficiency, as you will collaborate extensively with client engineers, analysts, and stakeholders across diverse projects.

What We're Looking For

• Some hands-on experience with data, including building pipelines, writing SQL, or operating in data-driven environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and a keen enthusiasm to deepen your knowledge.
• Comfort working with code (Python, SQL, or similar) and an understanding of good engineering practices.
• The ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• A proactive and communicative approach, demonstrating ownership and consistent information sharing.
