Your Role as Technical Writer

As a Technical Writer, you will be key in creating engaging and high-quality learning experiences. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and editing E-learning materials for quality and consistency.
• Writing content such as storyboards, facilitator guides, training materials, video scripts and more.
• Collaborating with the E-learning team and participating in calibration sessions.
• Maintaining task and project trackers and meeting project timelines.
• Evaluating content against the TaskUs E-learning Style Guide and quality standards.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with excellent written communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and an ability to adapt to new software and technologies. The candidate should have at least one year of experience in training, education, editing, copywriting, or related fields. Experience or certification in journalism, technical writing or related subjects is a plus.
