Role Overview

The AI Data Quality and Engineering Lead is tasked with architecting and maintaining high-quality data annotation workflows for AI systems ensuring the integrity and accuracy of testing, training, and evaluation data.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and guide a high-performing Data Quality team.
• Develop and refine robust QA processes and SOPs.
• Create dashboards for quality trends and insights.
• Manage annotation and QA platforms (Labelbox, Dataloop, LabelStudio).
• Lead in-depth data analysis and reporting.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in data quality management within AI/ML environments. Proven leadership in managing remote or distributed teams, proficiency in industry-relevant tools, and strong data analysis skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fast-paced tech environments, familiarity with agile methodologies, prompt engineering, and ethical AI practices.
