What You’ll Do

• Produce precise, high-quality human data by annotating AI outputs based on safety criteria.
• Apply harm taxonomies and guidelines consistently, even in ambiguous cases.
• Document your reasoning to refine and improve annotation guidelines.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to enhance model safety and compliance.

Who You Are

• Experienced in national security, defense operations, or government policy.
• Skilled in crisis management, policy briefings, and high-stakes communications.
• Expert in structured risk framing and identifying vulnerabilities early.
• Comfortable applying risk assessment to emerging AI system challenges.
