Job Overview

Taskify is seeking skilled Project Managers for a pioneering AI research initiative focused on building agentic workflows. As a Project Manager AI Agentic Workflow, you will help translate expert domain knowledge into structured instructions and real-world scenarios used by AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate domain knowledge into clear SOPs, rubrics, and evaluation criteria.
  • Design realistic tasks and scenarios reflecting daily project management work.
  • Collaborate with experts to refine workflows for clarity and reproducibility.
  • Work with AI researchers and engineers for workflow operationalization.
  • Identify AI opportunities to augment expert decision-making in project management.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience in project management.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex processes clearly.
  • Experience in research, teaching, or technical writing is a plus.
  • Passion for bridging professional expertise with cutting-edge AI innovation.

Opportunity Details

This is a remote, flexible role requiring ~10 hours/week for 3 weeks with potential for extension. The engagement is as an independent contractor with competitive hourly compensation and prompt payouts via Stripe Connect.
