About the Role

Taskify is seeking skilled Project Managers for a pioneering AI research initiative focused on building agentic workflows. As a Project Manager – AI Agentic Workflow, you will help transform expert project management practices into structured, actionable processes for AI consumption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate domain knowledge into clear, structured instructions including SOPs, rubrics, and evaluation criteria.
  • Design realistic tasks and scenarios reflecting daily project management work.
  • Collaborate with experts to refine and validate workflow clarity and reproducibility.
  • Work closely with AI researchers and engineers to operationalize workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for AI to augment expert decision-making in project management.

Ideal Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience in project management with exceptional communication skills. Experience in research, teaching, or technical writing is a plus. Passion for bridging professional expertise with cutting-edge AI innovation.

Opportunity Details

This is a remote, flexible, independent contractor engagement requiring ~10 hours/week for 3 weeks with potential extension. Compensation is competitive and processed via Stripe Connect.
