About the Role
Taskify is partnering with a leading AI research lab to hire experienced physics professionals with a PhD. In this role, as a Physics Expert Remote, you will apply your deep expertise in physics to design, evaluate, and refine advanced AI systems that simulate real-world scientific reasoning across multiple domains of physics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate complex physics problems in classical mechanics, electromagnetism, quantum mechanics, thermodynamics, statistical physics, and relativity.
- Review AI-generated responses for conceptual accuracy, mathematical rigor, and relevance.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback on physics problem sets and solutions.
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and engineers to enhance model reasoning and precision.
- Ensure scientific accuracy and academic rigor in all physics content used for AI training and evaluation.
Qualifications / Skills Required
- PhD in Physics or a closely related field from a recognized university.
- 2+ years of academic or professional experience in research, publication, teaching, or engineering.
- Strong command of core physics domains and analytical methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and precision in scientific analysis.
