Medical Professional – AI Content Specialist

This role combines your clinical expertise with bilingual proficiency to help train state-of-the-art AI models, creating medically accurate, culturally relevant Spanish-language healthcare content.

Role Responsibilities

• Translate, synthesize, and adapt complex medical concepts into clear rubrics for AI training.
• Write fluently in Spanish and English ensuring precise medical terminology.
• Provide cultural and medical insights specific to Spanish-speaking healthcare environments.
• Collaborate with reviewers and peers to refine and validate medical content.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Spanish and strong command of English.
• Advanced medical degree (MD or PhD) or equivalent healthcare qualification.
• 2–6+ years of practical experience in clinical practice, medical research, or healthcare.
• Proven writing, analytical, and communication skills; experience in medical writing is valued.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in grading, instructional design, or rubric development.
• Familiarity with generative AI or machine learning models (bonus).

Additional Details

This is a fully remote and asynchronous role with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week and approximately 2 months of project work. The onboarding process includes submitting your resume, completing brief AI-led interviews, and undertaking a paid work trial.
