About the Role

The Mathematics Expert position at Taskify is a remote role open to applicants from the EU, NZ, US, UK, Argentina, Australia, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. In this role, you will leverage your advanced subject knowledge to train and refine AI models by creating complex graduate-level mathematics problems and providing expert feedback to improve model reasoning.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Create challenging, graduate-level mathematics problems designed to test and improve AI reasoning.
  • Develop grading rubrics outlining criteria for accurate and complete responses.
  • Write high-quality solutions that demonstrate ideal reasoning and accuracy.
  • Evaluate and provide structured, constructive feedback on AI-generated answers.
  • Collaborate across projects to refine AI understanding of mathematical concepts and logic.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related quantitative discipline (or current enrollment).
  • Expertise: Strong grasp of advanced mathematical reasoning and complex problem design.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving ability and logical precision.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in assessing model performance and submissions.
  • Language: Fluency or high proficiency in English.
