About the Role

Join Taskify in a cutting-edge AI research project to train large language models using Olympiad-level mathematics problems. This short-term, high-impact research engagement invites experienced math competition problem writers, medalists, participants, coaches, and selection committee members to create and evaluate challenging problems that push AI reasoning beyond human capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Write original, advanced IMO-style and Olympiad-level mathematics problems.
• Evaluate AI-generated solutions for correctness and clarity.
• Identify incomplete reasoning and logical flaws in proofs.
• Provide clear solutions and chain-of-thought reasoning.
• Maintain high standards of mathematical precision and problem difficulty.

Qualifications / Skills Required

• Proficiency in LaTeX for writing and formatting mathematical documents.
• Experience as a problem writer, coach, selection committee member, medalist, or competitor.
• Participation in competitions such as IMO, USAMO, and others.
• Expertise in algebra, combinatorics, and number theory.
• Strong written communication skills and rigorous attention to detail.

Project Details

Work remotely with a flexible schedule, expected 20–40 hours per week, over a project length of approximately 2 months with potential extensions. Enjoy independent contractor work with weekly payments via Stripe Connect.
