About the Role

Taskify is seeking a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer – Remote to build next-generation AI-driven hiring and assessment systems. You will work on innovative products that automate recruitment processes, connecting the right people to the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy scalable software systems for AI-powered platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and backend performance.
  • Design and optimize schemas for SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS) to ensure high availability and security.
  • Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to product innovation and automation initiatives.

Qualifications / Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency in React, Next.js, Python, or Go.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL database schema design.
  • Familiarity with GCP or AWS environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work aligning with Pacific Time (PT) until at least 11 AM PT.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI, ML, or data-intensive applications.
  • Understanding of scalable system design and API development.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or global remote environment.

Work Location & Compensation

This position is Remote (India-based) with flexible working conditions aligned to PT hours. Base salary ranges from $20,000 to $100,000 USD per year, with performance bonuses up to 40% and equity options available for outstanding contributors.
