About the Role

Taskify is seeking a passionate Frontend Developer React/Next.js to join our global engineering team. You will help build next-generation AI-driven hiring and assessment systems that automate recruitment processes from resume screening to interview analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy scalable AI-powered platforms.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance user experience and backend performance.
  • Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL database schemas.
  • Work with cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS) for high availability and security.
  • Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to product innovation and automation initiatives.

Qualifications / Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in React, Next.js, Python, or Go.
  • Experience with database schema design (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with GCP or AWS environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to align work hours with Pacific Time (PT) until at least 11 AM PT.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI, ML, or data-intensive applications.
  • Understanding of scalable system design and API development.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or global remote environment.

Work Location & Compensation

This is a remote position (India-based) with flexible working hours aligned to PT. Compensation ranges from $20,000 to $100,000 USD per year, with performance bonuses up to 40% and equity options for outstanding contributors.
