Role: Engineering Research Assistant

Taskify is seeking experienced professionals and researchers from engineering domains to help train and refine cutting-edge AI systems.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Create challenging, graduate-level problems to test AI reasoning.
  • Develop grading rubrics defining high-quality answers.
  • Write model answers that achieve full marks.
  • Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and depth.
  • Provide structured, constructive feedback to enhance model performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • PhD or Master’s degree (or current enrollment) in Civil, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical reasoning skills.
  • Experience in research, academia, or technical content development is preferred.
  • Excellent written communication and English proficiency.
