About the Role

Our organization is seeking a Customer Success – Operations professional to join our Talent Success team, ensuring every user has a seamless and delightful experience on our platform. As a key member, you will help users from applying to job listings, taking AI-led interviews, accepting offers, and receiving payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to support requests across the platform.
  • Triage and investigate reported issues to identify workflow improvements.
  • Document recurring user pain points and provide actionable insights to product and engineering teams.
  • Build and maintain user-facing documentation for common questions.
  • Advocate for users internally to help shape product enhancements.
  • Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and positive tone in all communications.

Qualifications / Skills Required

1–3 years of experience in customer success, operations, or product support within a SaaS or marketplace environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout, Freshdesk, or Crisp is required. The ideal candidate has a natural product intuition and is comfortable working cross-functionally to drive process improvements. High proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in operations or support for fast-growing tech platforms is a plus. Ability to analyze support data and implement proactive solutions is desirable. Familiarity with AI-driven workflows or interview platforms will be considered an advantage.

Work Location & Compensation

This is a remote position for candidates based in Latin America. Employment is full-time with a salary range of $35,000 – $55,000 USD per year, based on experience and qualifications.
