What You'll Do

  • Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps in Chemistry.
  • Develop and maintain precise Chemistry annotation standards.
  • Create guidelines and detailed rubrics for model reasoning.
  • Design challenging, domain-relevant Chemistry problems with accurate solutions.
  • Evaluate tasks and provide clear written feedback for data precision.
  • Collaborate with fellow SMEs to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Residency in the US.
  • M.S. or PhD in Chemistry with strong research or practical background.
  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience at a reputable institution.
  • Expertise in Organic, Inorganic, Biochemistry, Cheminformatics, Data Science, or Quantum Chemistry.
  • Availability for approximately 20–40 hours per week and participation in calibration calls.
