About the Role

Taskify is seeking a native Korean-speaking government or public policy professional to contribute to AI model training in the public policy domain. As a Bilingual Korean Public Policy Expert, you will translate, adapt, and synthesize complex policy frameworks into structured AI training rubrics with cultural nuance and contextual accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine AI training content based on Korean public policy frameworks.
• Translate and adapt policy documents into clear, structured rubrics.
• Provide insights on cultural and policy-specific nuances in Korea.
• Collaborate with reviewers and peers to validate content accuracy.
• Document feedback and identify areas for model improvement.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Native-level fluency in Korean; strong written/spoken English.
• Degree in policy, political science, sociology, or related fields.
• 2–6+ years of experience in government, public policy, or think tanks.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality content remotely.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development.
• Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.

Work Location & Compensation

This is a fully remote, part-time, asynchronous opportunity based in Korea. The salary ranges from $45 to $60 USD per hour.
