About the Role

Taskify is seeking a passionate and skilled Back End Developer to build next-generation AI-driven hiring and assessment systems. You will work on innovative products that automate key aspects of recruitment, from resume screening to interview analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy scalable software systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance backend performance.
  • Design and optimize schemas for SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Work with cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS) for high availability and security.
  • Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to product innovation and automation initiatives.

Qualifications / Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency in React, Next.js, Python, or Go.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL database schema design.
  • Familiarity with GCP or AWS environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to align work hours with Pacific Time (PT) until at least 11 AM PT.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI, ML, or data-intensive applications.
  • Understanding of scalable system design and API development.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or global remote environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $20,000 – $100,000 USD per year.
  • Performance Bonuses: Up to 40% of base salary.
  • Equity Options for outstanding contributors.
