About the Role

At Taskify, we believe that AI safety starts with high-quality human data. Our AI Content Safety Evaluator role is dedicated to annotating and evaluating AI-generated content to ensure it is safe, fair, and aligned with human values.

What You’ll Do

  • Annotate AI-generated content for safety criteria including bias, misinformation, disallowed content, and unsafe reasoning.
  • Apply harm taxonomies and guidelines consistently, even amid ambiguity.
  • Document your decision-making process for refining annotation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with researchers and engineers to enhance AI safety research and model development.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in model evaluation, structured annotation, or applied research.
  • Skilled at spotting subtle biases and unsafe behaviors automated systems might miss.
  • Able to clearly explain and defend your reasoning.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Additional Info

This role may involve reviewing sensitive content including bias or harmful material; clear support and guidelines are provided. The work is text-based, remote, flexible, and suitable for both full-time and part-time contributors. Preferred candidates are located in US time zones, although applicants from the US, UK, and Canada are welcome.
