One of our clients, Taskify AI, is actively seeking experienced Founders and Early Operators to contribute to a critical project: documenting and reviewing internal data systems. This unique engagement focuses on systems built or managed at mid-size startups (20–150 people), offering a global, 100% remote opportunity.

We are looking for individuals with direct, firsthand experience in building, overseeing, or scaling internal data and reporting systems within dynamic startup environments. Your role will involve meticulously documenting architectural decisions and providing insightful reviews on how operational data effectively supports business decision-making processes.

Who Taskify AI is Looking For

• Experienced Founders: You possess a proven track record of building or managing complex internal systems in high-growth settings.
• Startup Veterans: Prior experience within a high-growth startup, specifically those with 20–150 employees, is a mandatory requirement.
• Domain Agnostic: While specific industry experience is not the primary focus, we place significant value on your expertise in handling architectural complexity.
• Availability: Candidates must be able to commit to a short-term, clearly defined research engagement.

Engagement Details

• Scope: The core of this role involves retrospective documentation and a thorough technical review of previously implemented systems.
• Privacy: This is a private research initiative. Comprehensive technical specifications and compensation details will be shared subsequent to an initial screening process.

Please Note:

• Taskify AI will exclusively engage CEOs, Founders, and Ex-Founders for this position.
• This role is structured as an independent contractor engagement.
• It is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to complete projects on your own schedule.
• Project durations are flexible and may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on evolving needs and performance.
