As a Management Consulting AI Project Specialist, you will be instrumental in translating real-world consulting workflows into structured tasks, datasets, and evaluation criteria, thereby enhancing advanced AI systems' reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Break down complex end-to-end consulting workflows (problem structuring, analysis, synthesis) into precise task specifications and comprehensive evaluation rubrics.
• Rigorously review, edit, and benchmark AI-generated outputs, including market analyses, strategic recommendations, operating models, and executive summaries.
• Develop high-quality reference examples such as issue trees, analytical models, and slide outlines, ensuring they adhere to professional consulting standards.
• Identify and document logical gaps, unsupported assumptions, and weak reasoning in AI outputs, providing clear guidance for improvement and categorizing failure patterns.
• Engage in asynchronous collaboration with researchers and fellow contributors, utilizing structured documentation and written feedback mechanisms.

Ideal Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience garnered at a top-tier management consulting firm or a reputable boutique consultancy.
• Profound understanding of hypothesis-driven problem solving and executive-level synthesis.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Demonstrated experience with market sizing, financial/operating analysis, and qualitative research methodologies.
• Exceptional written communication and structured thinking abilities.
• Proven capacity to manage time effectively and consistently meet deadlines in a fully remote setting.
