Role Overview

As a Management Consultant at Taskify AI, you will partner with a leading AI research lab to enhance advanced AI systems' reasoning and problem-solving capabilities. This project-based role involves translating real-world consulting workflows into structured tasks, datasets, and evaluation criteria. Key Responsibilities

• Break down end-to-end consulting workflows (problem structuring → analysis → synthesis) into clear task specifications and evaluation rubrics.
• Review, edit, and benchmark AI-generated outputs such as market analyses, strategic recommendations, operating models, and executive summaries.
• Create high-quality reference examples (e.g., issue trees, analytical models, slide outlines) that reflect professional consulting standards.
• Identify logical gaps, unsupported assumptions, and weak reasoning in AI outputs; document failure patterns and improvement guidance.
• Collaborate asynchronously with researchers and fellow contributors using structured documentation and written feedback.

Ideal Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or reputable boutique consultancy.
• Strong understanding of hypothesis-driven problem solving and executive-level synthesis.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with market sizing, financial/operating analysis, and qualitative research.
• Excellent written communication and structured thinking skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Role Details

Expected commitment is 10+ hours per week, structured around deliverables with defined quality standards. This is a fully remote role offering flexible scheduling with ongoing support for best practices and clarifications.
