Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Design Projects: Lead complete design workflows utilizing industry-standard tools, from initial sketches to final asset delivery and meticulous organization.
• Process Documentation: Clearly articulate creative decision-making, workflow choices, and problem-solving techniques through comprehensive written explanations.
• Asset Management: Efficiently organize, label, and prepare design files for seamless team handoff, ensuring proper layer management and composition refinement.
• Quality Refinement: Apply expert color correction, enhance visual composition, and optimize assets to achieve professional-grade results ready for production.

Team Collaboration

You will provide constructive feedback to peers and actively contribute to design knowledge sharing within our distributed remote teams.

Required Skills

• Professional graphic design and illustration experience.
