We are looking for someone who can showcase their full design process, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality, production-ready assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Excellent written communication skills, particularly in explaining complex design processes clearly and concisely.
  • Expertise in asset organization and efficient file management.
  • Strong understanding and application of color theory, visual composition, and asset refinement techniques.

Technical Tools Used

  • Industry-standard design software (Adobe suite, Krita, similar)
  • Pixel art/animation tools (Libresprite, Aseprite equivalents)
  • Cloud collaboration platforms (Figma, Google Drive)
  • Documentation tools (Notion, Google Docs)

Weekly Workflow Example (15 hours)

This role is structured for approximately 15 hours per week, allowing for flexibility. A typical week might involve:

  • Weekend (2h): Portfolio updates or overflow work as needed.

Success Metrics

  • Achieve a 95%+ first-pass quality acceptance rate for design assets.
  • Successfully complete 3-5 full design projects each week.
  • Produce clear, actionable, and comprehensive process documentation.
  • Deliver professional-grade final assets, production-ready upon delivery.
