Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Design Projects: Lead complete design workflows using industry-standard tools, from initial sketches through final asset delivery and organization.
• Process Documentation: Clearly articulate creative decision-making, workflow choices, and problem-solving techniques through comprehensive written explanations.
• Asset Management: Efficiently organize, label, and prepare design files for team handoff, ensuring proper layer management and composition refinement.
• Quality Refinement: Apply expert color correction, visual composition, and asset optimization to achieve professional-grade results.

Team Collaboration

You will provide constructive feedback to peers and actively contribute to design knowledge sharing across our remote teams, fostering a collaborative environment.

Required Skills

• Professional graphic design and illustration experience.
• Proficiency with digital design software (raster/vector tools).
• Strong portfolio showcasing complete project workflows.
• Excellent written communication for explaining design processes.
