Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic prompts reflecting natural human inquiry across diverse general topics.
• Review and edit AI-generated responses for clarity, accuracy, and overall usefulness.
• Author high-quality human responses for selected prompts to guide model learning.
• Generate subtle prompt variations to thoroughly test nuanced model behavior differences.
• Evaluate AI responses based on varying lengths, tones, and instructional styles.
• Identify ambiguities, weaknesses, and potential failure cases within model outputs.

Ideal Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or graduate student, or a recent graduate from any academic background.
• Demonstrated strong written communication and critical thinking capabilities.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information clearly and accurately.
• High attention to detail, especially when comparing similar written content.
• Capacity to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Engagement Details

• Fully remote and asynchronous work, allowing you to set your own schedule.
• Expected commitment ranges from approximately 10 to 40 hours per week.
• Project-based engagement with potential for extension based on ongoing project needs.
• Work is performed as an independent contractor.

Compensation & Contract Terms

Compensation is competitive, ranging from $35 to $45 per hour, based on your experience and performance. This is an independent contractor classification.
