Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic prompts that accurately reflect natural human questioning across diverse general topics.
• Review and meticulously edit AI-generated responses to ensure optimal clarity, accuracy, and overall usefulness.
• Author high-quality human responses to carefully selected prompts, setting a benchmark for AI models.
• Generate subtle variations of prompts designed to rigorously test nuanced differences in model behavior.
• Systematically evaluate AI responses across a spectrum of lengths, tones, and instructional styles.
• Proactively identify and document ambiguities, inherent weaknesses, or potential failure cases within model outputs.

Ideal Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student, or a recent university graduate.
• Demonstrated strong written communication skills coupled with robust critical thinking capabilities.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information with clarity and precision.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when comparing and discerning between similar written responses.
• Adept at working autonomously and managing time effectively within a remote operational environment.

Engagement Details

• This is a fully remote and asynchronous role, allowing you to work entirely on your own flexible schedule.
• An expected commitment of approximately 10–40 hours per week, adaptable to your availability.

• Work will be performed strictly on an independent contractor basis, providing maximum flexibility.

Compensation & Contract Terms

Compensation ranges from $35–$45 per hour, with the specific rate determined by experience and demonstrated performance. This role is classified as an independent contractor position.
