Role Summary
As an Architectural Design & CAD Expert, you will execute professional architectural design workflows and meticulously document complete CAD processes. This role involves creating precise 3D models and industry-standard construction documents using a range of specialized tools, operating as a flexible hourly contractor in a global remote setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Design Workflows: Execute complete architectural projects, from initial concept modeling through final construction document delivery, leveraging professional CAD software.
- 3D Modeling & Detailing: Develop precise 3D models, plans, sections, elevations, and technical drawings, ensuring design integrity is maintained across all project phases.
- File Coordination & Organization: Efficiently manage digital files, layers, blocks, and comprehensive documentation systems to optimize project coordination and facilitate seamless team handoffs.
- Technical Documentation: Produce industry-standard construction documents, ensuring proper annotations, schedules, and organized drawing sets.
- Process Documentation: Clearly articulate design decisions, workflow choices, and technical problem-solving strategies through well-written explanations.
