Key Responsibilities

• Break down complex end-to-end consulting workflows, from problem structuring to analysis and synthesis, into clear task specifications and precise evaluation rubrics.
• Rigorously review, edit, and benchmark AI-generated outputs, which include market analyses, strategic recommendations, operating models, and executive summaries.
• Develop high-quality reference examples, such as issue trees, analytical models, and slide outlines, ensuring they adhere to professional consulting standards.
• Proactively identify and document logical gaps, unsupported assumptions, and weak reasoning within AI outputs, providing detailed failure patterns and actionable improvement guidance.
• Engage in asynchronous collaboration with researchers and and fellow contributors, utilizing structured documentation and clear written feedback to drive project success.

Ideal Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience gained at a top-tier management consulting firm or a reputable boutique consultancy.
• Profound understanding of hypothesis-driven problem solving and the ability to perform executive-level synthesis.
• Advanced proficiency in utilizing PowerPoint and Excel for professional presentations and data analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in key analytical areas, including market sizing, financial/operating analysis, and qualitative research methodologies.
• Exceptional written communication skills coupled with strong structured thinking abilities.
• Proven capability to manage time effectively and consistently meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
