About the Role

The Marketing Manager Annual Plan role at Target is a key position responsible for monthly and quarterly marketing reporting, maintaining the marketing insight dashboard, and leading the Marketing Learning Series. The role focuses on creating clear and compelling strategies to drive enterprise sales, increase market share, and enhance guest experiences through robust data analysis and collaboration with internal teams.

Core Responsibilities

  • Complete monthly and quarterly marketing reporting.
  • Maintain and update the marketing insight dashboard.
  • Integrate routine support measurement set up & taxonomy.
  • Lead the Marketing Learning Series.
  • Collaborate with stakeholder teams across functions.

About You

Candidates should have a four-year degree (with a preference for a Marketing emphasis), a minimum of 4 years related experience, strong business and media acumen, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in marketing, brand, media or agency roles is preferred. A passion for leveraging data and continuous learning is essential.
