Overview
Tarantino Senior Living Communities is seeking a Regional Vice President of Clinical Operations to join our growing company in Houston, Texas. This role directly oversees assisted living and memory care programs, ensuring care provided exceeds operational standards and complies with state and federal regulations.
Position Responsibilities
- Oversee operations and clinical staff in assigned communities.
- Be on call 24/7 to address staff or resident issues.
- Coordinate staff training and ensure state compliance.
- Manage labor costs, supplies, and Assisted Living budgets.
- Monitor documentation systems for assessments and service plans.
- Ensure timely tuberculosis testing and proper reporting.
- Review and write staff performance during site visits.
- Plan and schedule staff training programs and in-services.
Non-Essential Responsibilities
- Attend required training, in-services, and staff meetings.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and professional environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in senior housing/long term care.
- LVN or RN license with proper state licenses for the division.
- Extensive travel required (approximately 85% overnight travel).
- Computer proficiency is essential.
