The Role of a Growth Marketing Manager at Tapcart

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our expanding marketing team, playing a critical role in propelling Tapcart into its next phase of business growth. The Marketing team is central to Tapcart’s go-to-market motion, crucial for pipeline growth to support and expand our sales operations. With ambitious goals for 2026, the Growth Marketing Manager will be essential in fueling pipeline growth through creative and strategic initiatives, while maintaining reporting and operational hygiene to aid our GTM team in effective scaling.

This role requires a unique blend of skills: creative problem-solving, strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and advanced knowledge of AI tools to balance the growth marketing and GTM team needs. Close partnership with our Rev Ops team is essential to ensure tracking, attribution, and Salesforce hygiene are consistently maintained at a high level.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Be a catalyst for pipeline growth: Own the growing pipeline and help define how Tapcart scales demand in its next stage of growth.
  • Build a culture of creative experimentation: Lead ongoing testing across channels, messages, and motions. Bring a scrappy startup energy, transforming experiments into scalable growth engines.
  • Use AI Systems to 10x Our Output: Be at the forefront of AI-driven marketing, leveraging internal and external tools to scale output for yourself and the team.
  • Strengthen the connection between Marketing, Sales, and Rev Ops: Ensure marketing efforts translate into high-quality, measurable pipeline through close partnership.
  • Lay the foundation for operational excellence: Bring structure, clarity, and consistency to our growth motion, establishing scalable systems as we grow.

What Skills You’ll Need (5-7 years of experience)

  • Hands-on growth experience: Proven ability to drive demand or pipeline growth in a B2B SaaS environment, comfortable owning results in a fast-moving, resource-conscious team.
  • Experimentation mindset: Expertise in designing tests across multiple demand channels (paid, outbound, partnerships, events, etc.), evaluating outcomes, and iterating quickly, balancing creativity with strategy and discipline.
  • AI-powered operational leverage: Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate growth and execution, 10x productivity for yourself and the team, speeding up experimentation, building scalable tools, automating workflows, and unlocking insights.
  • Lifecycle marketing experience: Experience building or managing lifecycle programs that nurture prospects and customers across stages, utilizing segmentation, personalization, and timely messaging to drive engagement and pipeline impact.
  • Strong analytical instincts: Fluent in funnel metrics, pipeline reporting, and performance analysis, using data to guide decisions.
  • Marketing & revenue operations fluency: Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Hubspot), with a strong appreciation for clean data, attribution, and process.
  • Pipeline-savvy perspective: Understanding of how marketing influences revenue at a company like Tapcart, from first touch through opportunity creation.
  • Operational builder mentality: Enjoy creating structure, improving processes, and setting up scalable systems.
  • Cross-functional collaborator: Ability to work naturally with Rev Ops, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Leadership to align on goals and execution.
  • Comfort with ambiguity: Energized by building in an evolving environment where results and initiative are rewarded.
  • Clear, confident communicator: Capable of sharing results, insights, and recommendations in a way that builds trust and alignment across teams.
