Overview
Tanium is seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce Sales and Administration. You will specialize in gathering and maintaining requirements, assisting with functional and technical design, and performing system testing to ensure project deliverables are met.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales Systems team to document requirements
- Partner with stakeholders to align business and technical strategies
- Plan, design, develop and deploy new projects and enhancements
- Create and groom user stories; coordinate UAT and issue tracking
- Identify process improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
- 3+ years experience as a business analyst/consultant with Salesforce
- Experience in declarative Salesforce development and CPQ modules
- Certifications in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Administration (preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and change management processes
Location & Work Arrangement
This hybrid role requires in-person attendance several days a week in one of the following locations: Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA.

Compensation & Benefits
The annual base salary range is $75K to $230K, with equity awards and a comprehensive benefits package.
