We partner with health plans to provide a comprehensive suite of products and services designed to manage the total cost of care.

tango is seeking a Level 1 Production Support Analyst with strong Microsoft technologies and healthcare domain knowledge to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for production incidents, service requests, and support tickets.
  • Perform first-level triage to identify root causes, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Support systems built with Microsoft .NET technologies, React, SQL Server, IIS, and Azure.
  • Execute SQL queries for data validation, cleanup, and reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, CMS regulations, and PHI protection.
  • Monitor system performance and document issue resolutions.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and lead resolution calls.

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. citizenship due to production environment access.
  • Experience in production support using Microsoft technologies in healthcare.
  • Solid understanding of SQL, IIS, Azure, and React troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations including HIPAA, CMS, and PHI.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Home Health.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale healthcare systems support.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, FreshService, or similar ticketing systems.

  • High first-contact resolution rate.
  • Positive stakeholder feedback.
  • Timely escalation and resolution of incidents.
  • Proactive identification of recurring issues.
