Role Overview

The Business Analyst will lead the development of analytics solutions supporting business objectives on Tango’s B2C live-streaming mobile app. This role leverages SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools to identify trends, monitor KPIs and uncover actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytics solutions using SQL and data visualization techniques.
• Identify trends and translate advanced data analysis into insights.
• Collaborate across teams to develop analytics strategies fueling revenue growth.
• Monitor KPIs, report pain points and identify business opportunities.
• Create new reporting frameworks using data and visualization tools.
• Ensure data quality and consistency for accurate reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a business or product analyst in B2C mobile apps.
• Extensive experience with SQL (BigQuery is an advantage).
• Proficient in Excel and experienced with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex data insights.
• Self-starter, results-oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in English required.

Advantage

• Experience with Google Analytics and building ETL processes.
• Knowledge of Python for data analytics.
