About the Role
The Principal Market Access Contracting is responsible for leading negotiation, drafting, execution, and lifecycle management of complex commercial agreements with PBMs, health plans, and medical device distributors and wholesalers. Serve as a key business partner to Legal, Finance, and Market Access leadership while guiding junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and draft complex commercial agreements.
- Review and recommend revisions for contract templates.
- Advise on contract structure, risk mitigation, and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for successful implementation.
- Develop playbooks, clause libraries, and governance frameworks.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in business, legal, or related discipline (advanced degree preferred). 12+ years of contracting experience in commercial or healthcare-related fields with strong negotiation skills and experience partnering with Legal and Finance.
When & Where You’ll Work
This is a fully remote position open to candidates within the United States. Equipment and training will be provided virtually.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay ranges from $150,000 to $174,000 annually, plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, unlimited PTO, 401k with match, and more.
